WHAT IS VITAMIN B12
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, like all B- vitamins. The body requires vitamin B12 to work properly and development of brain, nerves, blood cells and many other parts of the body. B12 and folate are B complex vitamins. Its necessary for normal red blood cell formation, tissue and cellular repair, and DNA synthesis.
